The Contact form currently operates through a server-side process rather than sending the submitted information directly from the visitor's browser.

When an enquiry is submitted:

1. The information entered into the form is validated by our server-side system.
2. Relevant information is stored within the database infrastructure used to operate the contact system.
3. A record associated with the email-delivery process may include information such as the message identifier, template information, recipient, delivery status, and timestamp.
4. The submitted name, email address, subject, and message are placed into the transactional email system for delivery.
5. The enquiry is delivered to The Relationship Library at hello@therelationshiplibrary.online.
6. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so that we can respond to your enquiry.

The Contact form is also subject to rate limiting designed to reduce abuse and automated submissions.

We do not use information submitted through the Contact form to automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The Relationship Library uses Whop as its third-party checkout and digital-product platform.

Our website provides information about our products and directs customers to Whop to complete purchases.

The Relationship Library does not operate its own customer-account system on the website.

When you purchase a product through Whop, Whop provides the account, checkout, payment-processing, and digital-product access infrastructure associated with that transaction.

Customers can access and download their purchased digital products through their Whop account.

Information associated with a transaction may be made available to The Relationship Library where reasonably necessary to:

The Relationship Library does not control all processing carried out within the Whop platform.

The Relationship Library currently does not use advertising cookies, behavioural-tracking cookies, conversion-tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Based on the current website configuration, the site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or comparable analytics, advertising, profiling, heatmap, or session-recording technologies.

Our website may use strictly necessary technical technologies required for basic functionality, security, or the delivery of the website.

For example, our hosting infrastructure may use a short-lived Cloudflare security cookie such as __cf_bm for bot detection and security purposes. This type of technology is used to protect the website and is not used by The Relationship Library for advertising or behavioural profiling.

The website may also use session-based browser storage for basic functionality, such as restoring a visitor's scroll position. This does not intentionally identify or profile individual visitors.

Where a technology falls within an applicable strictly necessary exemption under Irish ePrivacy requirements, consent is not required for its use.

If The Relationship Library introduces non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will review the applicable legal requirements and implement an appropriate consent mechanism where required.

12. Google Fonts

The current website uses the Fraunces and Inter typefaces through Google Fonts.

The font files are requested from Google's infrastructure when the relevant pages are loaded.

Google Fonts does not require cookies to deliver these font files, but the request to Google's servers can involve technical information associated with the visitor's connection, including the visitor's IP address and user-agent information.

This means that loading the fonts may involve the transmission of technical information to Google.

The Relationship Library uses these fonts for website presentation and typography and does not use Google Fonts for advertising, behavioural profiling, or marketing.

The Relationship Library website is hosted using infrastructure provided through Lovable and associated hosting services, including Cloudflare's edge infrastructure and Lovable Cloud/Supabase backend infrastructure.
